Whether you're looking to complete a sandwich year with experience gained in an engineering organisation or simply looking for a summer placement, you'll find everything you need, plus a lot more, at DML.

Based in cosmopolitan Plymouth, you'll have the sea to the south, Dartmoor National Park to the north and a beautiful historical city to enjoy that offers every 21st century amenity. You could learn how to refuel and repair nuclear submarines, design and build new luxury superyachts, produce all-terrain vehicles for Special Forces and build lifeboats for the RNLI. You'll also gain a valuable insight into our operations, which will enable you to make important career decisions.

We also have a discretionary sponsorship scheme for students returning to their final year at university. This offers the potential to work on design projects which span other parts of the DML Group. This could involve our Submarine Support Management Group or our engineering consultancy company Frazer-Nash, based in Bristol.
